Narrow passage

"Narrow passage" Oil on masonite, 7-1/2 x 10 inches
Sold

Second half of October, with a temperature drop increased by shorter daylight. Autumn is here and winter doesn't seem so far, maybe an early one this year. A perfect weather to keep
warm in the studio completing all the unfinished pieces. For this scene, I was seduced by the
high contrasts of tones on a limited palette, typical for a northern soul.

Last week, I created a second blog featuring smaller oil paintings. I will eventually show works achieved with other mediums. You may have a look here: Painted Snapshots

Have a great week!
