Already Christmas, obviously I didn't achieved everything that I had planned for this ending year, but this is not important. Of course, 2009 had brought its amount of challenges in every single aspect of my life just like so many, and it's all behind now. Resilience , love and creativity.
I would like to thank all of you for being so generous and supportive through your comments and emails during the year. Art would be meaningless without an audience.
Happy Holidays to all of you!

Thanks for your visit,
-Pierre

When we woke up this morning, the sky was white and the ground too! We are receiving our first real snowstorm in the eastern part of the country. Yes! Also, I did my first shoveling of the season. Michel and I always compete to shovel every neighbor's front door next to our place.
We enjoy it, one of our greatest winter fun. It sounds weird when you live in a city, because most of everyone usually complain about snow, rain etc. But we both share a passion for nature and appreciate every kind of weather.

I finally completed this painting started at the end of December last year. I had a great time working on it, seing these lighted bulbs bring back very good memories- I was only 4 or 5...

Tomorrow, I will post the third and last painting of the "Vintage" series
on Painted Snapshots

Thank you for your visit and comments!
