Here's a new completed commission I've been working on during summer. I had a great time with this painting as the main subject, a large Coalport "Hong Kong" china bowl, brings a whole story with it about
resilience, the passion of collecting and how we relate to objects through long periods of time. To respect some privacy I cannot reveal so much details which are too personal to my client, but I might add that this wonderful piece has been the origine point of two major china collections.

To the subscribers of this blog:
Last month, Feedburner which is hosted by Google had something broken and without any notice decided to end some of their services. It seems that my subscriber's list is still working but to prevent any kind of loss I decided to move to Feedblitz which is lot more professional. I'm still working on the new settings to eventually finalize the feed transfer. Due to odd Feedburner erratic behaviour, the import of my list is a bit complicated, my apologies!
Please be patient and don't be surprised if ever your receive the new post through both mailing services, it will only be for a while. Next month, feeds should be back to normal and clearly fixed.
Sorry again and thanks for understanding!

Thank you for your visit,
have a wonderful weekend!
